You can include in your own special edition:
 addresses of local or area suppliers you want to highlight
information pertaining to your group
addresses and phone numbers of your committee members

membership requirements and fees
any information of your choosing (in good taste!)

COSTS:
A set-up fee of $10.00 for one or more double-sided sheets submitted by disk or email
A set-up fee of $15.00 for one or more double-sided sheets when not submitted electronically
Add 10¢ per double-sided page to the cost of each booklet ordered
Examples:
- Wholesale cost of $2.10 + 0.10 for one sheet = $2.20 per booklet + GST/HST and shipping
- Wholesale cost of $2.10 + 0.20 for two sheets = $2.30 per booklet + GST/HST and shipping
Copy Requirements:
Preferably send us your information by email
Needs to be compatible with: WordPerfect Versions 5 through 10; Microsoft Word 6.0/7.0;
Minimum margins ½" (.5") all the way around landscaped as two pages per side
of paper with 1" spacing between the two "pages" (On a single sheet you will have four (4) "pages")

Graphics need to be in cdr, pcx, gif, wmf, jpg, or wpg format
If you are sending a typed sheet, realize it must fit in the above sizing
Send copy-ready graphics if not on disk
We will edit and set up as necessary
Deadlines:
We must have copy in hand four (4) weeks prior to when you need the booklets.
